Refunds
- Due to the nature of the Service (digital content), purchases are generally non-refundable.
- If you are unable to use the Service due to a technical issue, please contact support. After reviewing the situation, we will provide a refund or extend your subscription period as appropriate.
- If you upgrade from the free plan, you may cancel and receive a refund within 7 days of your initial payment.
- To request a refund, please contact support within 30 days of the payment date.
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from the account settings screen.
- After cancellation, you may continue using the Service until the end of your current billing period.
- We do not provide prorated refunds.
- Your account data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. If you wish to reactivate your account, please contact support.
