These Terms of Service (these “Terms”) govern your use of MiaChat (the “Service”) provided by konaito (“we,” “us,” or the “Company”). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 1 (Description of the Service)
The Service is a desktop application that monitors your PC screen in real time and provides AI-generated voice reactions. An internet connection is required to use the Service.
Article 2 (Accounts)
- Users must provide accurate information when creating an account
- Users are responsible for managing their own account credentials
- Each user may hold only one account
Article 3 (Fees and Payment)
- Fees for paid plans are as displayed on the Service website (tax included)
- Payment is made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or JCB)
- Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis
- You may cancel at any time from the account settings screen
Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)
- Acts that violate applicable law or public order and morals
- Decompiling or reverse engineering the Service
- Using the Service to harass or disturb third parties
- Unauthorized access or similar conduct
- Placing an excessive load on the Service’s servers
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
- We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or usefulness of the Service
- We make no warranties regarding the content of AI responses
- We are not liable for any damages arising from interruption, suspension, or modification of the Service
- AI judgments based on screen capture content are provided for reference only and do not constitute professional advice
Article 6 (Intellectual Property)
All intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company. Users are granted only the right to use the Service.
Article 7 (Changes to These Terms)
We may amend these Terms as necessary. Amended Terms take effect once displayed within the Service.
Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any disputes arising in connection with the Service.
